Need an office? Here’s why you should consider a coworking space over a traditional lease.
There are some key advantages of renting an office through a coworking space rather than going the usual route, a commercial lease. One of the biggest benefits is that everything is included in your rent at a coworking space, allowing you to not worry about overhead costs. You’ll also enjoy the benefits of being part of a larger community. Not to mention the free coffee…
Flexibility of terms
The flexibility offered through renting an office at a coworking space is a large part of what makes it so appealing. At Groundwork, there is no long-term commercial lease agreement or hidden fees. All offices are available on a month-to-month basis. We ask that you give us one month notice when you plan to leave and that’s it. There are no hidden costs or fees at any time. You pay a sum that includes all utilities, including internet, as well as amenities such as office supplies and free coffee. All offices come furnished and ready for you to start doing your best work!
Amenities Included
There are a variety of amenities that come with renting in a coworking space. Our space is equipped with fast, reliable 5G internet, a printer with copy and scanner, basic office supples, access to meeting and conference rooms, bottomless coffee and tea options, and access to workshops and social events that are offered within the space. All our offices come equipped with furniture so you never have to deal with buying and assembling things or moving them elsewhere when you decide to leave.
Built-in Community
Perhaps the best part of any work environment is the people. When you rent an office in a coworking space, you are joining an existing community of workers. You have access to all social events, meetings, and workshops offered within the space, as well as daily interaction with other’s who are also working in the space. There’s no price you can put on community and when you lease a commercial space, you may struggle to find one. When you choose to rent in a coworking space the community is already there and you can be as much a part of it as you like.
