Why is your pricing higher than a traditional office rental?
Your office price includes WiFi and Utilities, furnishings, and access to large meeting rooms, video conferencing technology, coffee, tea and water, and office supplies. We also manage things like security, cleaning and upkeep of common areas. When you add it up, our prices actually save you money.
Can I use my Groundwork office as my business address?
Yes, you can use our address as your business address for mail and packages. Office members may also use Groundwork's address for a Google My Business listing, provided you give them your individual room #. This can provide a professional image and help you establish a presence in a desirable location.
What security measures do you have in place?
We use Brivo for secure 24/7 access. Both of our locations are also equipped with surveillance cameras. We have on-site staff from 9-2pm Monday -Friday, and access is restricted to members outside of these hours.
Can I bring my team into a coworking office?
Yes, we accommodate teams of various sizes. Depending on the size of your team and the number of seats in your office, there may be an additional charge for some team members.
What is the typical length of an office rental lease in a coworking space?
Most of our office members at Groundwork stay for a year or more, but we can accomodate shorter commitments as long as we have availability. Office agreements are always month to month, and we will never lock you into a longer term. Flexibility is a key advantage of coworking, allowing you to choose a lease term that fits your needs. We do require a last month deposit when you sign up for an office, and a 30-day notice to leave.
