3 Ingredient Smoothies
With August here and the temperature outside a little too hot for anyone’s liking, smoothies are the way to go if you’re looking for a healthy way to cool off. Although I love drinking smoothies, I am not a huge fan of making them. While looking through recipes online, I came across this article from BuzzFeed that caught my eye. I will be teaching you the 8 simple recipes for “3 Ingredient Smoothies” mentioned in the article that are quick and easy to make. You can check out the full article here for more information, pictures, and extra smoothie additives to spice up these basic recipes.
Smoothie Packs
Take a look and the recipes below, gather your ingredients, and make smoothie packs for the week! Measuring out ingredients and putting them in a plastic bag to store in the freezer makes it easy to just dump it into the blender when you’re ready for a smoothie! This way you will have a smoothie pre-made and ready to go during the week. What a great idea from BuzzFeed.
