A discussion follows the free screening.

St. Patrick’s Day at Wonder Bowl

SATURDAY, MARCH 17 – Some Groundworkers hit the lanes at Wonder Bowl (66 Hathaway Boulevard) last Saturday night – and very well may be back this Saturday for St. Patrick’s Day. To celebrate, the bowling alley is hosting musical group Morrissey Boulevard from 7:00-10:00 p.m. The show is free – whether you’re Irish or not.

Yoga in the air

SUNDAY, MARCH 18 – Yoga Nidra or Yogic sleep is a method of inducing complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. At Carabiner’s Climbing & Fitness, Tracy Clarke will lead you into this state – while you’re experiencing weightlessness in an aerial hammock! “You will be guided into your Yoga Nidra experience with light restorative aerial postures from your cocoon and emerge rejuvenated and revitalized,” they write. Feel uplifted from 5:30-7:30 p.m., $15 for members, $25 for non-members. Oh – floor spots are available, if you prefer a connection with the ground. Stop by the Carabiner’s front desk at 328 Parker Street, NB, or call 508-984-0808 to reserve your spot.
