There are tons of benefits to starting self-guided meditation practice at work. At Groundwork, we care about our members and the energy they bring to their work. That’s why every third Tuesday of the month, we transform the Eaton into a soft self-guided meditation space for members to pop in and realign. No sign up required. The space is available 11am-1:30pm for members to come as they are and as they need.
