Join Sarah Athanas to learn simple stretches you can do every day at the office to counteract the effects of sitting and working at a computer for long hours. You’ll learn how to release the neck, shoulders, low back, and wrists. You’ll also learn useful breathing techniques that will help you to stay focused and centered while you work! Everyone can benefit from this workshop.
Sarah is a certified Forrest Yoga Instructor and has been practicing yoga for 14 years. She currently teaches at the Dharma Connection in Sandwich, MA.
