Member Event: Yoga for the Work Day

This session is designed to inform folks of how to insert yoga into the work day. No mat or change of clothes required, just a curiosity on how to bring a quick revitalization to your day. Juliet Loranger will teach you how to do several positions and minor but effective exercises to care for and improve your posture, your breathing, calm your eyes, ears, and neck, and more. You will learn how to integrate these bite size methods, developed from yoga practices, so that you can begin right away.
