Lunch and Learn: Exploring Your Creative Practice for Health and Wellness
December 8, 2021 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
What makes you come alive? Where do you feel the most energized or the most at peace? Join Midori Evans, Groundwork member and founder of Midori Creativity for a workshop on Exploring Your Creative Practice for Health and Wellness. The program focuses on the art of crafting a creative practice to calm your nerves, invigorate your day, and open the door to more meaningful experiences.
This is our first in-person lunch and learn at Groundwork in over 18 months, and to celebrate we’re providing lunch for all attendees! This workshop is free for Groundwork members; we ask that the general public contribute a small donation. Space is limited so reserve your spot online.
