GNB Writers Block 3rd Annual LIVE Poetry Contest!
One poem only, 3 minute max. BRING YOUR BEST! Keep it PG-17, please. $1 entry fee to help offset the costs of these events, payable at the door. Sign-up, get your number, and be ready to astound the judges. No theme; we leave it up to you to rock our poetic world.
You will be judged on: 1.) Quality of the poem, 2.) Performance, and, 3.) Audience reaction. First place: $25; 2nd place: $15; 3rd place: $10. If you’ve never been paid for a poem before, this is your chance!
