Join CPA Lisa Raiche for a 4-part workshop on how to document a plan for your business. In this small group session, you will openly share thoughts to brainstorm and hone your ideas. You will also learn to understand profit drivers and pricing to ensure your financial forecasts are based in reality.
You’ll leave this course with:
- A documented business plan that will serve as your roadmap for decision making
- A 3-5 year goal and the steps you need to take to get there
- A list of top priorities for your next 12 months
- A solid understanding of profit drivers and pricing strategies
- A revenue and expense forecast for 2019
