Biz Lab: Building an Inclusive Online Community

BYO lunch and join our mastermind group for members who run their own businesses. Each month we will devote 15-20 minutes for participants to share and then we will deep dive into a specific topic. This group is open to Groundwork members. If you aren’t a member, you can join our social club.

This month we will tackle “Building an Inclusive Online Community,” to discover essential strategies and tools for fostering diversity, respect, and empathy on social media platforms. From defining inclusivity to showcasing case studies and addressing challenges, this session equips you to create and sustain an inclusive digital space. This workshop is led by Raelyn Couto, GW staff member, DEI consultant, workshop facilitator, and social media manager.
