You will be guided through different poses and breathing techniques as well as a short meditation at the end of class. \nWhy chair yoga? \nChair yoga is super beneficial for people who work at a desk (us). In a coworking space it is easy to get locked in to your work. You can often find yourself hunched over in your chair working at a computer screen. Chair yoga can help you become more aware of your posture and help promote proper alignment.
