If the time you request is not available\, we will offer the closest available option\nPay directly to Lynn Reagan Sylvia at time of your massage.\n\nChair Yoga w/ Jae’Lynn @ 12:15pm – A 25-minute guided session to stretch\, release tension\, and reset. \nGuided Meditation w/ Jae’Lynn @ 1:30pm – A short\, 10-minute practice to ground and refocus. \nWhether you join for one or all of the offerings\, this is your chance to slow down and take care of yourself.
