We will also explore ways to build Resilience as a competency to overcome change and challenges. \nLearning Objectives: \n\nStrengthen resilience and optimism for managing and overcoming challenges in the workplace.\nStrengthen self awareness.\nImprove workplace culture.\n\n\n\n\nFacilitated by Sarah Scala \nSarah A. Scala provides organization and leadership development\, executive coaching\, succession planning\, change management\, public speaking facilitation\, and team development solutions.
