DESCRIPTION:Join Jae’Lynn Williams and Falling Off Trees for an intimate evening of intentional movement\, abstract expression\, and soul-nourishing mocktails. \nThis experience brings together yoga and natural painting as acts of personal liberation. A space to feel. A space to move. A space to create. No experience necessary. \n🗓️: Saturday\, July 19th 6pm-9pm📍: Groundwork New Bedford💸 :$45🔗: Reserve your spot here! \nWe’ll begin with a slow\, intentional yoga flow to ground your spirit and open the heart. From there\, we’ll move into guided stillness: a creative meditation to help you tap into color\, shape\, and memory. Afterward\, you’ll be invited to translate what you feel into art: intuitive\, unfiltered\, abstract\, real.The paints used will be created from flowers and plants – a painting experience with natural dyer\, Korie\, owner of Falling Off Trees \nIncludes: Guided grounding yoga\, intuitive painting session\, handcrafted botanical mocktails\, Light charcuterie snacks will be provided (you’re welcome to bring your own favorites\, too!) \n
